We take a personalized, performance-driven approach to rehab — combining skilled physical therapy, strength training, and movement coaching to get you back to what you love. Here, you’re never told to “just rest.” Instead, we help you keep training safely while rebuilding strength and resilience.

Why We Don’t Take Insurance
We chose a self-pay model so we can provide the highest level of care — not because insurance is “bad,” but because it often limits how physical therapy can be delivered.
Insurance-based care can restrict visit length, number of sessions, and even the type of treatment you receive. We believe your rehab plan should be built around your goals, not insurance rules.
By working directly with you, we’re able to deliver more personalized, effective, and efficient care.
Many clients find that they actually spend less overall because care is more focused and results-driven.
While we don’t bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill that you may submit for reimbursement through your insurance, FSA, or HSA (depending on your plan).
I’ve always been drawn to movement and competition. Athletics have been a constant part of my life — from competing as a swimmer for over 10 years, to training and competing at the highest level of CrossFit as a team athlete at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2016.
Over the years, I’ve pushed my body in a lot of different ways — completing 70.3 Ironmans, racing 50Ks, running 100 miles in under 24 hours, and now chasing a sub-60-minute HYROX finish. Along the way, I’ve experienced the aches, pains, setbacks, and frustrations that come with training at a high level.
Like many athletes, I spent my younger years ignoring warning signs and pushing through discomfort. Those experiences taught me an important lesson: treating your body well and prioritizing recovery doesn’t slow you down — it allows you to go further than you ever thought possible.
Today, I use both my clinical expertise and personal experience to help others train smarter, stay healthy, and perform with confidence. My goal is to support you through every stage of your journey — so you can keep doing what you love, without fear or limitation.
